“After-purchase” support is an integral part of DAC International’s customer service philosophy.  At the Carpinteria headquarters, a team of experienced field service professionals offer technical assistance to customers worldwide, via phone, fax, e-mail, modem, high-speed internet connection, or visit to the customer facility.  Field service personnel are also located in Europe.

DAC’s Sales and Customer Service staff are knowledgeable, thorough and efficient, in determining customer needs, providing replacement parts and repair service, and scheduling routine preventive maintenance calls.
