TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE 

In order to improve the quality of technical support and response time to your machine problems, we ask that all requests for DAC technical assistance be made as follows:
  1. Prior to telephoning DAC, please click on the "Equipment Problem Report" button at the bottom of this screen.

  2. Fill out this report completely.

  3. Do one of the following:

    a. E-mail the report to DAC by hitting the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of the screen.

    b. Print the form and fax it to DAC at (805) 566-2196.

  4. A service technician will contact you shortly.
