Description

Red BoxDescription

The DAC Ultra-Block System has been designed for blocking lenses with a high degree of accuracy and with a minimum of time and operator attendance.

The geometric definition of the lens is very important for patient comfort. The Ultra-Block ensures you achieve reproducible high-quality results.

Push buttons and LCD display make for easy operation and all process timers are adjustable. The controller has a service mode to support mechanical maintenance of the blocker station.

Ultra-Block is designed as an ICM (Integrated Contact lens Manufacturing) component. By attaching a bar-code reader, chuck-ID and a network connection to the ICM-server application, the complete production flow of your contact lenses can be automated and monitored.
